Our classes range from infant massage to breastfeeding multiples. If you’re having a baby soon or have just had a baby, we are sure to have a class that you’ll be interested in!
Natural Childbirth Class - Our Natural Childbirth Class prepares you for labor and delivery, with a focus on making it through without medical interventions. Includes breastfeeding information as well. The class meets once a week for 10 weeks. Cost is $350
Breastfeeding Class – Come learn the basics of breastfeeding from one of our staff IBCLCs! Class meets in the evening on the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm. $20 per couple.
Breastfeeding Multiples Class – Breastfeeding one child can be a challenge at first, but breastfeeding multiples comes with its own challenges. Come learn the basics of breastfeeding and tips to help out with the difficulties associated with nursing more than one baby! Class meets on the first Saturday of every month at 10 am. $20 per couple.
Prenatal Yoga Class – Our Prenatal Yoga class is ideal for expectant mothers who want to keep in shape and help prepare their bodies for giving birth. Call the store for more information on times and pricing
Lean Classes – This program by Dr. William Sears gives parents information about Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. Classes are available for women who are trying to get pregnant, expectant moms, and moms of children up to age 12. Classes meet in the evenings on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Cost is $25.00 per class
Infant Signs Class - COMING SOON! This class teaches you and your baby how to communicate via basic American Sign Language.

Cloth Diapering Swap- This free group meets bi-monthly. Cloth diapering moms get together and swap or sell their cloth diapers. For parents interested in cloth diapering there is a class at the beginning of the swap to teach the wonders of cloth diapering.
