What is your return policy?
Personal care items (such as breastpumps, breastpump parts, breastfeeding devices, bras, panties, swimwear and cloth diapers) purchased from A Nurturing Moment, LLC cannot be returned, if opened or used. There are no returns after 30 days. Merchandise is returnable for an exchange or refund (minus shipping) as long as they have not been washed or worn (no longer than needed to check fit) and are in the original packaging (undamaged by scissors). Please contact Michele@anurturingmoment.com or call 256.468.6738 before sending any returns for approval. Include a copy of your sales receipt, along with your credit card number and expiration date with any item returned for a refund.
What is your shipping policy?
All products/items are shipped either by USPS Priority or UPS Ground, your choice. We guarantee shipment of all products/items (excluding special order items) within 2 business days when your order is placed by 5:00pm CST on the day of business. Should there be any delay in shipment, you will be notified and given the opportunity for refund if desired.
- If we receive your order on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
- If we receive your order on Tuesday, it will ship by Thursday.
- If we receive your order on Wednesday, it will ship by Friday.
- If we receive your order on Thursday, it will ship by Monday.
- If we receive your order on Friday, it will ship by Tuesday.
The shipping fees for USA orders are as follows:
$0.01 to $49.99 - Shipping fee = $6.00
$50.00 TO $99.99 - Shipping fee = $7.00
$100.00 to $149.99 - Shipping fee = $8.00
$150.00 and over - Shipping is FREE!
2nd UPS Day Air or USPS Express/Overnight available - $25.00 for all orders
Once we receive your order and payment, I will forward you an email with your tracking number, in order for you to be able track your delivery, whether you choose USPS or UPS.
Standard orders are shipped via UPS ground and will usually arrive at their destination anywhere in the Continental US between one to six business days from the day they are shipped, depending on where you are located. In order to determine how long, it will take for your package to get to you, go to UPS time calculator
1. Enter 35758 for the "origin" zip code.
2. Change the "Shipped on" date to the 2nd business day (for example if today is Monday the 17th, change the "Shipped on" date to Wednesday, the 19th. If today is Friday the 20th, change the "Shipped on" date to Tuesday, the 24th, since UPS does not ship packages on weekends or holidays.)
3. Enter your own zip code in the box labeled "Postal Code" under "Destination".
4. Click on "Calculate".
5. View the results for "UPS Ground".
For USPS Priority Mail, shipment is guaranteed within 1-3 business days, pending on your location. USPS Express/Overnight is guaranteed the next day.
If you need faster delivery on any item, UPS second day air or USPS Express/Overnight is available for $25.00 You will be given the opportunity to add 2nd Day Air or Express/Overnight for $25.00 during the shopping cart checkout process.

We ship orders to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Rates are enclosed under shipping policy
What are the warranties available with each breastpump?
Medela and Hollister both provide manufacturer warranties with electric and battery operated breastpumps. Warranties vary depending on the breastpump purchased. For example:
Medela Symphony: 3-year warranty
Medela Lactina Select: 3- year limited warranty
Medela Pump In Style (Advanced or Original): 1-year limited warranty on motor; 90 day limited warranty on other parts
MedelaDouble Ease: 6 month limited warranty on motor unit, 90 day limited warranty on other parts
Medela Double/Single Deluxe: 90 day limited warranty
Contact the manufacturer directly for defective products. For Medela, you can call 1-888-633-3528. For Hollister call 800-323-4060. Please save your sales receipt from A Nurturing Moment, LLC, as they will require a copy to honor their warranty. Any defective products also need to be reported to us as well! Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will have to pay 4% sales tax for all residents of Alabama. You do not have to pay sales tax if you have a prescription from your doctor, or live outside the state of Alabama
